How much snow removal experience do you have?
EDPS Property Services has been providing residential snow removal services since 2007. With over 15 years of experience, our team is built of individuals who have decades of snow removal experience.
What does my snow removal plan include?
Your snow removal plan can include as little or as much as you wish. Our tierd packages offer our customers a wide range of services and pricing. We have a solutions for everyone! Generally speaking your residential snow removal package will include the following:
- Unlimited snow clearing from November to April.
- Unlimited snow clearing everytime it snow more than 5cm.
- Multiple visits during long snow storms.

Do you salt my driveway?
Yes we can! We have Salting services available for all residential snow removal customers, please note this is an additional services added to your snow removal services.
How does payment work?
All payment is processed conveniently and securely via credit cards and you can choose to Semi-seasonally or prepay at the beginning of the season. For semi-seasonal payments, you will be charged on November 15th, for the first half of the season and on Janurary 15th, for the remainder of the season. If you wish to start service immediately midway through a month, that month’s billing will not be prorated.
What if I have packed snow and ice on my driveway?
At the start of your services, any packed snow or significant ice buildup on your property will require an additional one-time fee for an initial clearing. This fee will be billed at an hourly rate.
Do you return to clear the city plow windrow?
If city plow clears your street after our team has removed the snow from your driveway and creates that dreaded windrow, our team will return. Please call the office and our team will add you to the post storm Windrow Clearing List.
Will your equipment damage my driveway?
Our residential snow removal teams are comprised of the the most efficient and up to date residential snow remvoal technology. Our snow removal fleet includes, snow plow trucks, snow blowers, backpack blowers, and shovels. Our teams use the most efficient snow removal technique for each snowfall. Therefore, we cannot garantee your driveway will only be hand shovelled.
